Association Agreement between the EU and Andorra and San Marino 12th December 2023

Andorra and San Marino signed an Association Agreement with the EU on 12 December 2023 that appears to be similar to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA). All parties will now process the agreed texts in accordance with their respective procedures. In particular, the Association Agreement must be submitted to a national referendum in Andorra and approved by the European Parliament.
